All personal information held by Home Holistic is treated as private and confidential. It is used solely by Home Holistic and will not be disclosed to other parties.

The client understands that the therapist may refuse to undertake treatment should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the massage therapist.

Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client, at her own discretion, refuse, discontinue or defer treatment. In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before an appointment, the client will not be charged.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice of the appointment. the deposit will be transferred to clients next appointment.
If the client cancel less than 6 hours notice your deposit will will be forfeited, the client will need to pay another deposit to book another appointment.

Vouchers

Vouchers have no expiry date.
Vouchers can be used for all treatments and special offers.
Refunds are not available for vouchers already paid for and provided.
